How can I be sure that my data is safe with PeppyBooks? Where is the data hosted?

Can I export my data from PeppyBooks?
Yes, you can export data into standard formats from PeppyBooks.
Can I use a vanity URL (custom domain) for my customer portal ?
If you would like your customers (and agents) to access your portal using your own domain, you can point your default URL erp.peppybooks.com to your own domain like online.yourcompany.com.
